Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products, including eBooks and print-on-demand physical books.

eBooks: Due to the instant digital delivery of our eBooks, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

Physical Books (Print on Demand): Our books are printed on demand by Lulu Press specifically for each order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your physical book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue and we will work with Lulu Press to arrange a replacement.
